Karbono helps you understand phone-related carbon impact. We collect account details (name, email, password hash), optional wake time and calibration settings, aggregated daily carbon totals you sync, marketplace wallet activity, and device usage statistics processed on-device before aggregate sync.

We do not sell personal data. Usage detail stays on your device when possible; cloud sync stores daily aggregates for restore and leaderboards. Payment processing uses PayMongo. Tree planting fulfillment may share order references with Evertreen.

You may request account deactivation in the app (Profile → Delete account). Contact support@karbono.com.ph for privacy questions.
